Calcagno Pediatrics participates in most major health insurances. We bill all primary and secondary health insurances on your behalf. If there is a balance due after your insurance has reimbursed their portion or if your insurance is not covering a specified service provided by us, you are ultimately responsible for any monies due to Calcagno Pediatrics.

Be sure to consult your health insurance’s member benefit materials for a list of preferred providers and services covered in your area, and remember that eligibility for benefits does not guarantee payment by your insurance carrier. Not all services are covered by all insurance carriers; it is imperative that you check with your insurance carrier as to the coverage available for services requested.

Un-insured patients (private pay) are required to pay at the time of service. As a courtesy to assist in meeting your healthcare needs, we provide a discount to all private pay patients. We accept the following methods of payment:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Personal Check ($20.00 fee for all returned checks)
• Cash
